Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information (like your shipping address and email). Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Payments
All payments are handled securely through the checkout system provided by Big Cartel and its payment partners. I don’t store your payment details.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery times are out of my control, but I’ll always do my best to support you if issues come up.
Returns & Refunds
Because soap is a personal product, I can’t accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, gets lost, or you’re not satisfied for any reason, please email me at [email protected] and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—text, photos, product names, and designs—belongs to Loves Field Soap. Please don’t use it without permission.
Limitation of Liability
I work hard to make safe, high-quality products, but Loves Field Soap is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or issues outside my control (like shipping delays). Please read ingredients carefully before use.
